Here is the last session with Mina before she stopped modeling : glamour immobilization associated with latex fetish … Mina decided to turn this page of her life during summer 2010. When she informed me, we arranged a shooting day just before her deadline.
So, I got the pleasure and chance to capture her last photo session. I knew a lot of latex would please Mina then we shot her dressing for heavy rubber on the white couch before to be immobilized with silk ribbon … both of us loved the contrast between this latex restraint (catsuit, stockings, corset, gloves, hood) associated to the softness of baby pink ribbon.
When Mina came to my house for her last time, she had no session for months and already started her new life. That’s why you will see Mina without her lip piercing in this photo series. After many years as a fetish model, she needed to find her way for being happy in a classic lifestyle. Mina was right and deserved all the good things that happened since then.
Every story ends one day : I remember when we shot together for the first time … she always gave a lot to Captive Culture and I helped her to become famous on the bondage scene. Mina is the sweetest model I met and definately a respectable women. Even when she was tired or a bit sad, Mina never stopped smiling and enjoyed being a captive girl.
Her beautiful eyes and lovely face have been a pleasure to watch … on my first blog, I wrote Mina would remain in our memories as the sexy girl who was always happy to be bound. It’s nice to see many people still leave comments showing their love for Mina after all these years.
We worked together from 2004 to 2010, she met several of my models … Dana was there when Mina appeared on my website but we all have in mind these memorable duo sessions with Anaïs. That day, we talked a lot about the changes occurring in our lives : I was dealing with diabetes for a while and Mina slowly entered into another daily routine. We hadn’t shot since May, an amazing afternoon started in my garden before to play with ropes on this white leather sofa.
Mina was taking away from her activity as a photo model after she stopped dancing in a parisian club. Mina worked there when she moved to Paris : it paid her bills but the private dance in a small room wasn’t totally compatible with this woman I knew for years.
As explained above, Mina decided one day to turn the page because she was tired about several things affecting her mood. I encouraged her in this way even if losing Mina wasn’t easy for me … we both were in a period full of questions about our lives shooting this ultimate photo session.
We started our day by some bondage upstairs before going down for the last photo series together. Mina loves latex then the black catsuit was a sure choice. It helped to hide the ropemarks but it was the first piece of a total enclosure fantasy we prepared together.
I let my model following her mood and captured some nice pics when she laid down on this sofa. You can feel the natural side of Mina in these shots … I like her smile on #1297 : no piercing anymore since she went back to South France. Her nails were shorter than before but she applied some red polish for our session.
Step by step, Mina added more latex layers over the catsuit and her pale skin. After the latex stockings & tight corset made by House of Harlot, one hood plus some gloves completed her shiny cover … after several pictures fully dressed in latex, Mina adjusted my S10 gas mask which was new for her. We already did many breath control sessions in the past : she liked to play with a plastic bag and I knew she would enjoy the unique feeling proper to this item.
I don’t remember how the idea came about but we decided to use some baby pink strip bought long ago. Mina & I thought the contrast between full latex & silk ribbon would be visually interesting. In 2004, Dana was bound with red ones when we were in Las Vegas. Six years later, I tied Mina for the last time : she was looking like a beautiful gift wrapped in latex.
Our picture #1620 inspired a lot of people when the photo series was published in 2011, May 15 … my photography could have been better but we were more focused on the moment, there was a special emotion for us. One cycle was ending : I knew my work would be different without Mina even if several girls were still there to explore their own fantasies.
As a photographer, she was another iconic model leaving the light … after a studious decade, my strength was low and I had the feeling Mina couldn’t be replaced. Maybe that’s why so many people remember this lovely girl nowadays.

You will find more images in the classic version (SD quality) showing most of the shots captured that afternoon. Long ago, some of these pics would have been published as BTS but the spirit of our session allowed us to show how Mina was looking or feeling in front of my lens for the last time. You will see a lot of smiles along dressing process : it was nice to peacefully conclude our common journey.
I don’t have more things to write about this photo series : you probably noticed there are less updates on my blog for several weeks. My ability to work decreased because of another health issue … I struggle to see properly now : my right eye need some surgery, a medical appointment is scheduled soon and I hope it’s not too late for a fix.
So, I tried to minimize my screen time but this change is difficult for me. Anyway, I will keep you informed … it was important to do an update even if this commentary is a bit short.
